For conflict between generations, patchwork situations, after separation, or when you are worried about a child. We strengthen understanding and loosen rigid patterns. I work with families in all their forms — traditional, chosen, single-parent, queer, patchwork or multi-generational.
Prevention & balance
When stress becomes a constant load or you are only functioning. I support you in taking warning signs seriously, respecting your limits, and developing sustainable strategies for your well-being — preventive, grounded in everyday life, and in the interplay of body, mind and environment.
Therapy in German, English and Russian.
We work in the language you can best express yourself in. Especially on emotional topics, the choice of language matters. We meet in person, online or as a Walk and Talk.
